After disappointing results with several accountants in the past few years in doing a straight forward tax return,I simply did not get the service I paid for. For this tax return I decided time to move on again,& by chance I noticed an advertisement by Irene & made an appointment. She has a calm pleasant manner & after explaining my situation, suspicions of lack luster accounting on previous returns.She immediately went to work identifying the previous tax return failures & rectifying them, the outcome was I got a refund of the tax over payment’s. On top of that & importantly as my tax affairs have been done by a person that “does the job as a professional should”, I am no longer in the PAYG instalment system & that to me is “icing on the carrot cake”.
